Bryan Lewis

President

Irish Roots: Bryan's mother was a "Gallagher", originating from County Donegal.

Born in San Francisco, raised in Minneapolis, and now settled in Boston with his wife and five children, Bryan began his career in the International travel industry 10 years ago in the student travel business. What started as a sales job with a small student tour operator eventually became a lifestyle as the Vice President of Sales for StudentCity.com, a division of First Choice Holidays, PLC (now TUI Travel, PLC). It was there where he developed a passion for group travel through student packages to Mexico and the Caribbean.  In recent years, he has broadened his travel experience through trips to Europe, Russia, and even Cuba, where he acquired a true appreciation for other societies and cultures.  His desire to provide an opportunity for others to share these experiences through travel was the foundation of Tenon Tours.

Sara Stanton

Executive Vice President

Irish Roots: Born in County Mayo.

Born in County Mayo in the lovely west of Ireland, Sara earned her Business Degree in Hotel, Catering and Hospitality Management at Galway – Mayo Institute of Technology in Galway City. As part of her school work/exchange program, she spent one year living and working in Frankfurt, Germany. Sara came to the United States 17 years ago to work for Doyle/Jurys, an Irish hotel group in Washington, DC. She then moved on to work for Hyatt Hotels in Washington, DC and in Chicago. In 2000 she moved to Boston to become Group Sales Manager, then General Manager, and finally President of Brian Moore International Tours (BMIT)/Europe Express (now part of TUI Travel PLC). Sara’s passion is Ireland and she loves nothing more than creating and providing memorable vacations to her beloved homeland.

Katie Fleming

National Sales Manager

Irish Roots: Katie's grandmother was a "Foley" whose grandparents (Sullivan & Foley) came from Waterford.  The "Fleming's" are also prominent throughout all of Ireland and Scotland

Born and raised in New Jersey, Katie's first international travel lasted longer than the average vacation, as she set off for a Study Abroad program to Australia and New Zealand as a college student. From there, her passion to learn about and experience other cultures and places continued to grow. Katie began her career in the travel industry after attending the University of Delaware and moving to Michigan to be the Outside Regional Sales Manager for StudentCity.com. Throughout her career in student travel, Katie moved into the roll of the Director of Customer Service and assisted in the success of numerous onsite programs as an Onsite Staff Member and Program Director. Katie has had the opportunity to discover the culture and community from the student travel days in the Bahamas, Mexico, Canada and even domestic locations. Katie, now an essential part of the Tenon Tours team, has spent various weeks in 2008 and 2009 as the on-site Tenon Tours host.   Katie realizes how important international travel can be so she urges others to step out and experience it too.

Edel Coen

Operations Manager

Edel grew up on the North side of Dublin, mere steps away from historic Clontarf Castle. Her love of international travel started at a young age after a family trip to France in 1992. Since then she has spent time learning French in Toulouse, exploring Spain’s cities, and traveling the length and breadth of Australia. Edel’s zeal for travel and different cultures lead her to pursue a bachelor’s degree in European Business from Dublin City University. In 2008 Edel moved to Boston and earned a dual degree in International Business from Northeastern University. Having gained industry experience in the Irish tour operator Topflight, Edel joined the Tenon Tours Operations department. A fluent Gaelic speaker and avid GAA fan, Edel is passionate about Irish culture and relishes every opportunity to share this with others.

Stephanie Molettiere (O'Mollie)

Senior Accounts Executive

Irish Roots: Ummm... we can't even make this up, and since we're not willing to acknowledge her Italian heritage, we simply had to rename her "O'Mollie".

Although Stephanie’s heritage does not directly come from Ireland, she has the passion and determination to travel and deeply develop her knowledge of other cultures that she originally discovered during a Study Abroad trip to Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Italy. Born and raised in a little town outside of Philadelphia, PA, she attended the University of Delaware and then began her career working as a Regional Sales Manager for StudentCity.com, a division of First Choice Holidays, PLC (now TUI Travel, PLC). Through her years in student travel, Stephanie moved into the role of Regional Sales Director and assisted in the success of numerous onsite programs as an Onsite Staff Member and the VIP Program Manager. Stephanie has been fortunate to have the opportunity to discover the cultures and customs of a variety of cities within Mexico, the Bahamas, Canada, and a number of domestic locations. After a year hiatus, Stephanie realized her passion and desire to work in the travel industry was too strong to pass up so she joined the Tenon Tours team as a National Account Executive, where she looks forward to developing her future in travel.

Erin Church

Custom Tour Specialist

Irish Roots: 4th generation - Erin's mother was a "Connors" from Sligo where the family still owns a pub.

Erin has a passion for travel that has taken her far and wide. She followed her heart and her feet all the way across the ocean to England where she studied Travel and Tourism at Newcastle College. Coming home to Boston after graduating, she started working for the European Tour Operator Tumlare, where she designed itineraries for VIP Travelers and Meeting and Incentive groups traveling to Scandinavia and Russia. But her love of travel pushed her back abroad, working in Egypt and Ireland. Coming back to Ireland to live and work, after visiting so many times as an adult, was a dream come true and a home away from home. Erin was welcomed with open arms, into the small village of Moycullen just outside of Galway, where she was an Au Pair during the day and waitress at the local pub (The Forge) at night. It was there that she had the opportunity to really get to know the locals and become one herself. It was an experience that has brought her closer to her Irish Roots, and love of all things Irish. Now, she has joined the team here at Tenon Tours to use her passion and experience; to bring you closer to the land of the Emerald Isle.

Rich Hegarty

Group Sales Coordinator

Irish Roots: Rich's Paternal and Maternal great grandparents were from County Derry and County Galway respectively.

Rich continues to live in the town in which he was born and raised just outside of Boston, MA. Rich began his career in advertising and marketing as a videographer/director/producer in 1987. In 1999 he made the move to the advertising agency side of the business as a partner at LiquidFire in Boston. During his tenure at LiquidFire Rich sharpened his skills in branding and web development. In 2004 Rich returned to video production when he launched Tube Media Production in Framingham, MA with his long time friend and colleague, Christine Monaco. Tube specializes in travel and tourism video productions and thus began Rich's relationship with Tenon Tours. Rich has been married to his high school sweetheart for 23 years and has two lovely daughters ages 16 and 12. He looks forward to making numerous trips to Ireland and sharing the joy of travel with his new found friends.

Doreen Walsh

Account Executive

Irish Roots: Doreen’s grandparents, the O’Connells and the Sullivans, hail from Sneem, Ardmore on the ring of Kerry where her ancestors once owned Sullivan’s hotel.

Doreen's passion for Ireland began as a child when her godmother married the U.S. Ambassador to Ireland and shared stories of her life in Ireland through letters, postcards and gifts. Her travel career began at Delta Airlines, followed by Irish Travel Agent at Milton Travel and Abbey Travel. She was then employed by Irish Tour Operator Brian Moore International Tours, where she wore many hats as Reservations Agent, and Customized Golf and Chauffeur travel. Doreen then became the BMIT/EEI New England Sales Manager for visiting Travel Agencies to share her passion of and to promote Ireland and Europe and creating Group Tours to Ireland, Scotland, and Europe for Travel Agents and Direct Groups.
Doreen believes trips to the Emerald Isle are an adventure of discovering something new and exciting that everyone should have the chance to experience at some point in their life!

Wyatt Kelley

Event Coordinator - Boston

Irish Roots: 3rd generation - County Galway and County Meath are where the "Kelley's" mainly originate from.  Mother's maiden name is Martin, whose ancestors came from Roscommon.

While Wyatt's roots run deep within Ireland, he was actually born in Haverhill, MA, raised in the green mountains of Vermont, and eventually moved to Boston to pursue his career in travel. Wyatt first found this passion after going to the Yucatan Peninsula to live with a Mexican families in Merida and Cancun for 10 days. After graduating from Merrimack College in 2005, he began "living the dream" working as a College Sales Manager for Studentcity.com, a division of First Choice Holidays, PLC (now TUI Travel, PLC). Over the last 4 years, Wyatt has trained and managed sales people all over the U.S. and has traveled to numerous Carribean Island's and Mexico. In 2008, he took over as Director of Campus Managers and Director of Acapulco. Wyatt now brings his passion for travel, along with his desire to explore his Irish heritage to Tenon Tours as a Event Coordinator in Boston.
