The tour was very relaxed and easy-going but still covered a lot of ground. The hotels were in excellent locations which enabled us to explore the towns on our own by just walking right into the city centers. Being tourists on our own in the country, we would never have known about the Gaelic Football Match if not for Tenon Tours. This allowed us to feel very immersed in Ireland and tradition, and not just doing a “touristy” event. While we were originally concerned about not having a tour host (due to the very small group), I think I actually liked that best. It allowed us to be a little more adventurous and do things at our own pace and choosing. We also agreed that doing the tour allowed us the opportunity to see cities in Ireland we would not have otherwise seen, such as Killarney and Lahinch. We really felt that you provided us with ample information to get around, and all transportation ran smoothly…we also made a lot of great memories.
