Agnes Bachelorette Party in New Orleans

Includes:

• 2 or 3 nights Hotel at the Inn on Bourbon Hotel, located on the world famous Bourbon Street in the French Quarter

• Round-trip Airport transfers
• Round-trip Flight Friday evening or Saturday morning

    • 11 people: Friday 5/28, 8:00pm depart LaGuardia – 10:39pm arrive New Orleans
    • 2 people: Saturday 5/29, 9:55am depart LaGuardia – 12:36 arrive New Orleans
    • 13 people: Monday 5/31, 3:00pm depart New Orleans – 6:56 arrive LaGuardia

Pricing:

Hotel & Airport Transfer

2 People, arriving Friday, will have a Bourbon Street Balcony Room, double occupancy: $620 per person

3 People, arriving Friday, will have a regular room with two beds, triple occupancy: $360 per person

6 People, arriving Friday, will have a regular room with two beds, triple occupancy 1st night, quad occupancy 2nd/3rd night: $330 per person

2 People, arriving Saturday, will have a regular room with two beds, quad occupancy 2nd/3rd night with above: $230 per person

Flights

As rates have increased over the last 2 weeks we will wait for them to come back down to the $270 range (Currently over $380).  Once it comes back down we will let you know what rate we were able to get.

Payments:

As we need to secure the rooms and a flight in full as soon as the rate comes down we need a $400 deposit from each person.  Once a flight rate is agreed upon we will secure it with full payment leaving the rest of your deposit to go towards the hotel balance.  Your final balance will be due March 1, 2010.

4. A final balance email will be sent to you prior to March 1, 2010 with a link to complete your payment
