If you are interested in a custom tour proposal, please read through the following steps to ensure that it’s as easy a process as possible:
1. Complete our Custom Tour Request Form. This form will ask you the basic questions of where you would like to go, how many nights, how many travelers there will be, and an idea of budget.
2. One of our Custom Tour Specialists will receive your request and review your interests and specific desires.
3. You will be sent an email confirmation which will include some initial feedback in regards to the feasibility of the requested tour, an idea of the best itinerary to follow, and general idea of the expected price of the proposed tour.
4. If you are comfortable with our service and response, a $500 refundable deposit is required to continue modifying the tour to suit your needs. This will ensure that our staff dedicates as much time and effort needed to make your trip exactly what you dreamed of! Many times, custom tour requests involve correspondence with multiple hotels, airlines, transfer companies, tour agencies, local attraction services, and other suppliers. It is our duty to you as your tour operator to make sure all of these various travel components are confirmed and scheduled together as one package for you and your group.
5. Once you have confirmed all of the details with our Specialist, and a final quote is given, you will have 10 days to discuss it with your group members and decide whether or not you would like to confirm your custom tour. At this time, a $250 non-refundable deposit is required from each person to secure their booking. The $500 deposit which was previously collected can be applied to the amount due, or refunded to the appropriate person.
6. Final payments are due 60 days prior to departure.
7. Travel documents are prepared and sent to the lead person of the group, or to individual travelers upon request.
