National Accounts Executive, Inbound Sales – EXPERIENCED APPLICANTS ONLY (Stoneham, MA)

Our team of National Accounts Executives are responsible for handling all inbound inquiries and quote requests. Candidate must have 2+ years of sales experience in the Ireland/UK tourism industry to be considered. Computer literacy is required, as well as knowledge of CRM and various software systems.

Specific responsibilities include: receiving incoming sales inquiries, selling pre-packaged tours, creating custom vacation packages to Ireland, Scotland and/or England, preparing travel quotes, costing and managing margins of individual and group packages, preparing travelers for departure, and follow up upon return. Salary + commission/bonus and full benefits after 60 days available.

Guest Blogger / Content Creator

Tenon Tours is looking for Guest Bloggers contribute content to our website and the Go Tenon Travel Group partner sites. Pay structure is dependent upon amount of weekly blog submissions and experience level ($10-$30 per blog) and bonus commission available for increased page views and links (up to an additional $250 per blog). Minimum of 4 blogs per month required.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Blog post formatting and publishing in WordPress -Writing original, humorous, creative and informative articles -Editing articles to be SEO friendly and incorporate specific keywords -Manage Keyword density -Promote on Tenon Tours and personal social networks.

Job Requirements include, but are not limited to: -Knowledge and experience with many of the tasks listed above including basic HTML coding -Excellent writing skills including grammar, punctuation and creativity -Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated -Bloggers must have a Google+ Account, Facebook Page with 400+ Friends, Twitter Account with 100+ Followers (training for Pinterest available) -Provide a minimum of one blog and link to Tenon Tours on personal blog or website.

Our team of Sales Executives are responsible for handling all inbound inquiries and quote requests. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of sales experience. Experience in the travel industry is a plus. Some background of international travel is required.

Custom Tour Specialist – Inbound Sales (Stoneham, MA or home-based)

As a Custom Tour Specialist you would be responsible for handling inbound custom tour inquiries and quote requests including destinations such as Ireland, Scotland, England, Spain, Italy, Greece and “Beyond”. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of sales experience in the travel industry offering multi-country tours or itineraries. Specific responsibilities include: receiving incoming sales inquiries, creating custom vacation packages, preparing travel quotes, costing and managing margins of individual and group packages, preparing travelers for departure, and follow up upon return. Computer literacy is required, as well as knowledge of CRM and various software systems. Salary + commission/bonus and full benefits after 60 days available.

Group Sales Representative – Outbound Sales (Stoneham, MA or home-based)

Group Sales Representatives are responsible for generating new group business through outbound calls and face-to-face meetings. Candidates should have a winning attitude and handle the “no’s” as well as the “yes’s”! Potential groups include student groups, churches/faith-based, social clubs, Irish organizations, corporate incentive trips, boomer groups, sports clubs, or any group of people who may want to travel together to a destination. The possibilities are endless! Preference will be given to those who have established personal contacts or accounts which are known to travel. Hourly/Salary + commission/bonus and full benefits after 60 days available.

Sales Support Associate – Inbound Sales (Stoneham, MA or home-based)

Sales Support Associates are responsible for handling inbound inquiries to qualify leads and direct clients through the travel planning process. The ideal candidate should have sales, customer service & travel experience. Computer literacy is required. Knowledge of CRM and various software systems is a plus. Hourly/Salary + commission/bonus and full benefits after 60 days available.

Operations Support Associate (Stoneham, MA)

The Operations Support Associate is responsible for handling inbound calls from clients, assisting with customer service, sending out travel documents and other material, and providing overall support in running the day-to-day operations of the main office. The ideal candidate should be detail orientated, be able to multi-task, have a friendly phone personality and a willingness to help across all departments. Computer literacy required, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of CRM, and/or various software systems is a plus. No previous travel experience necessary, but preferred.
