If John could spend a week anywhere in the world, it would have to be New York. While he’s traveled to Ireland, Wales, Scotland, England, Spain, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Turkey, and the US, Croatia’s the one place he can’t wait to go back to.
Born and raised in Killarney, Co. Kerry, John is the third generation in his family to embrace the hospitality industry. His grandmother actually founded one of the first farmhouse bed and breakfasts in Killarney in 1972! He studied Tourism Management at the Dublin Institute of Technology, Cathal Brugha Street and has more than 10 years of experience working in hotels.
