When traveling with Tenon Tours, we hope you have a flawless vacation! We know sometimes situations do arise and in that case we want you to know we are here to help. In the event of an emergency, if you need assistance from Tenon Tours, there are 3 ways to contact us both locally and abroad.
Guaranteed Departures
All tours are guaranteed and will not be canceled due to a lack of travelers. Our flexible transportation contracts allow for us to run a tour with anywhere from two to twenty people.
Roommate Matching
Tenon Tours guarantees the double occupancy rate for the 7-night itinerary. If booking the 10-night tour the first 6-nights will be guaranteed and you will only be responsible for a single supplement of $240 ($60/night) for the final 4 nights if we cannot find you a roommate.
Flexibility & Independence
We arrange for transportation from town to town, rather than travelers having to drive themselves, or having to be stuck on a bus with a tour group for the duration of their trip. Paired with a provided itinerary and optional tours and attractions, this is the perfect way to combine the structure you need, with the flexibility you want!
