There are a lot of options out there. If you are shopping around and have found a similar package or just need help comparing types of tours we are happy to review them with you.

If you’re considering booking online, on your own, please let us know and we’re also happy to evaluate your findings to make sure you’re receiving everything you need for your trip. It’s easy to overlook a number of hidden fees when you’re comparing prices online. We are able to help you understand currency exchange value, online booking fees & room inclusion differences just to name a few.

Remember, Tenon Tours is the only company to offer semi-escorted “Hopper” tours.

Tenon Tours offers you a one place, one price option so you can pay in $USD and not have to worry about exchange rate fluctuations or additional fees after your tour is booked.

  • Tenon Tours offers low deposits** to secure your prices in $USD.
  • Booking early? Your Travel Specialist can help you set up a reduced initial deposit along with a flexible payment plan to help pay off your trip in time!
  • 30 Day Price Watch: We will reprice the land portion of your trip 30 days from receipt of your deposit upon request and adjust it if the exchange rate* is more favorable than the day you deposited!
  • Need to cancel? No problem! You have the following options***:

    All policies are for land packages operated by Tenon Tours only. Escorted and Special Event Tours are not included in listed Policy Promise, please speak to your Personal Travel Representative.

    AIR CANCELLATIONS: Most airlines require purchase at time of quote to lock in the price and schedule and are then non-refundable. No cash refunds will be issued for air cancellations. Each airline’s cancellation conditions vary, so check with the air carrier’s cancellation policy directly if future trip credit will be issued.

    CUSTOM ITINERARIES: If your trip itinerary is custom designed including any properties that require non-refundable deposits to secure space or over certain holiday or special time periods, additional cancellation fees may apply.

    **Standard Deposit of 35% of your total trip cost is required, unless otherwise indicated or a payment plan is offered. Balances/full payment is required 90 days prior to departure.
    ***At least 15+ days prior to departure. Changes within 15 days may incur fees as imposed by suppliers.
    If you would like to transfer your trip within two years you will be refunded less your cancellation fee per the schedule below. Your cancellation fee will be credited towards your balance of your re-booked tour. If you are not able to transfer your trip or reschedule our standard flexible cancellation policy will still apply:
    91+ days prior to departure: Initial deposit
    61-90 days prior to departure: 50% refund
    31-60 days prior to departure: 25% refund
    16-30 days prior to departure: No cash refund. 50% of trip value can be applied to a future trip within 1-calendar year
    Within 15 days of departure: No refunds or credit
    Future credits are non-transferable and may only be used towards a land package with Tenon Tours. Any non-refundable airfare, optional tours or events and/or insurance premiums will not be refunded. To request full terms and conditions please contact us.

    CHANGE & BOOKING FEES:
    -Custom tour requests received within 30 days of travel will require a $50 non-refundable deposit to begin any itinerary planning or to receive a quote. This deposit will be credited to your balance due upon booking and locking in the quote provided.
    -Reservation changes will incur a change fee based on the following schedule:
    61-90 days prior to departure: $50 change fee, per change, based on availability + any vendor imposed fee.
    21-60 days prior to departure: $100 change fee, per change, per person, based on availability + any vendor imposed fee(s).
    Within 20 days of departure: No changes, no exceptions.
    If changes are made within 60 days prior to departure travel documents will be delayed and not be sent until 4-7 days prior to departure.
