    Day 1: Arrive in Venice

    Welcome to Italy! After a transfer to your four-star hotel, meet for an afternoon walking tour of the iconic “Floating City.”

    Day 2: Venice

    This morning enjoy a tour of Murano & Burano, two picturesque islands located in the Venetian Lagoon. In the evening, admire the vibrant buildings and boats while you drift in a gondola along one of the canals.

  • Day 3 / 11

    Day 3: Venice to Florence

    There will be coach transportation to Florence, Italy today with a brief stop in Bologna for a delicious food tour.

    Day 4: Florence

    Explore the charming cobblestone streets of Florence during a walking tour. The afternoon will be yours to shop, dine and relax.

    Day 5: Florence to Rome

    Say goodbye to Florence and set your sights on Rome. You’ll stop on the way for lunch and a wine tasting in the stunning Tuscan countryside.

  • Day 6 / 11

    Day 6: Rome

    Prepare for a remarkable and culturally enriching experience touring the Vatican Museums. Learn the histories of the Roman Catholic Church and marvel at frescoes painted by the most famous classical artists. Afterwards, the afternoon will be at your leisure.

  • Day 7 / 11

    Day 7: Rome

    Embark on a tour of the ancient Roman ruins where you’ll encounter the Coliseum and other impressive architectural structures that changed the world. After the tour, you have free time until dinner, which has a twist: it will be made by you! Enjoy an Italian cooking class and create your own dish under the supervision of a professional chef.

  • Day 8 / 11

    Day 8: Rome to Sorrento (or Departure Day)

    For those heading home today, head to the airport. If you plan to stay for four more days, a transfer coach will escort you to Sorrento. There will be a stop at Pompeii to see the ancient city and archaeological site, as well as lunch at a winery.

    Day 9: Sorrento

    You have the option to tour the vibrant Amalfi Coast today! You may also spend time in Sorrento and explore on your own—the day is at your leisure.

    Day 10: Sorrento - Rome

    Your time in Italy is winding down. In the afternoon, your transfer will take you to an airport hotel near Rome for your final night of the tour.

    Day 11: Departure Day

    Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and then head to the airport or extend your stay!

Visit the gorgeous coast of Sorrento and the ruins of Pompeii during an exciting two extra nights in Italy. Additionally, you have the opportunity to tour the Amalfi Coast. In the afternoon on Day 10, a transfer will return you to Rome for your final night prior to departure.
