Account Manager, Inbound Sales

Job Description

Our team of Account Managers are responsible for handling all inbound inquiries and quote requests Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm. Salary + commission/bonus and full benefits after 60 days available. Depending on experience, positions available in: Wakefield, MA – Lewes, DE – Home-based position, Full-Time.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the Ireland/UK tourism industry
  • Computer literacy is required
  • Knowledge of CRM and various software systems
  • Professional phone etiquette

Responsibilities

  • Receiving incoming sales inquiries
  • Selling pre-packaged tours
  • Creating custom vacation packages to our destinations
  • Preparing travel quotes
  • Costing and managing margins of individual and group packages

Operations Coordinator

Job Description

Location: Wakefield, MA

Entry level, full-time position, Monday through Friday.

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for creating and sending out travel documents, making tour and car bookings, assisting with customer service, shipping travel packages and other material, and providing overall support in running the day-to-day operations of the main office. Components of this job are time-sensitive, so this person must be able to prioritize and work efficiently. This position works with a small team that helps with the booking and flow of travel arrangements for our clients.The ideal candidate is detail orientated, focused, organized, able to multi-task, and a team player. Some work-related travel may be required, but is minimal.Entry level position.

Job Description

Location: Wakefield, MA

Entry level, part-time position, 15-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Seasonal: March-Sept/Oct. Morning hours ideal for communication with Europe due to time difference.

Job Description

We’re looking for a social media manager to grow our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our company. You should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.

Operations Manager – Italy/Iceland | Groups

Job Description

Location: Wakefield, MA

Some prior experience required, full-time position, Monday through Friday. Ideal candidate looking to begin long-term career in travel industry with Tenon Tours.

The Operations Manager position available will be split between coordinating the Group reservations for all of the Tenon Tours destinations as well as administer the programs and product in our newest growing destinations- Italy & Iceland. This position requires providing overall support in running the day-to-day operations of the main office.

Components of this job are time-sensitive, so this person must be able to prioritize and work efficiently.
