Disneyland Paris is located about 20 miles outside of the city and is easily accessible by train or car. There are two parks to experience: Disneyland and Walt Disney Studios. Take the RER system – France’s rapid transit system that services Paris and surrounding suburbs – to Disneyland Paris for a 40-minute trip.

PALACE OF VERSAILLES

The Palace of Versailles dates back to the 17th century. It was first built as a hunting lodge for King Louis XIII, which he later replaced with a bigger (and better) chateau. The surrounding land was purchased and converted into gardens and a park. Today, the gardens and the park are both main attractions as well as the Estate of Trianon and the Room of Mirrors within the palace itself. The Palace of Versailles is accessible by car or train from Paris and can be visited independently or on a half or full-day tour (public or private).

LOIRE VALLEY
