Born in Johannesburg, South Africa, Jax enjoys discovering and exploring our beautiful world. Growing up, having the ability to meet new people and learn different cultures was always a dream, and being a part of what she loves—the Travel & Tourism industry—has made that dream a reality. Jax has worked in the industry for over 30 years, from airlines to hotels and tour operators. She has been fortunate enough to have seen and experienced so many amazing places.
She will always have a true love for Africa, however with a South African/Italian husband, she now also has a part of her heart in Italy. Her mother-in-law has shared some legendary traditional Italian recipes with her, which she enjoys making (but it’s never quite as good as the original!).
Jax left South Africa eight years ago and lived in Zurich for three years before returning to London, which is now home.
