In Stacy’s youth, her love for travel blossomed during visits to Japan and Korea with her parents. Since then, she’s backpacked through Brazil, Israel, Switzerland and all of Southern Italy—making Italian cuisine her all-time favorite, closely followed by Japanese.
In her free time, she enjoys rollerblading, paddle boarding and nature walks around lakes. She is deeply passionate about animal rescue, composting and botany, which led her to the fascinating world of worm farming. On the lighter side, she confesses to a peculiar obsession: watching ghost hunters explore some of the most haunted places in the world on YouTube. When not immersed in that, she’s engrossed in tech reviews on the latest gadgets, with her current focus on the new Apple Vision Headset.
